This is a beautiful and complex organic certified current crop coffee from the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union. It’s not so funky as to scare you and believe it or not, even works under milk. We’re loving this gorgeous single!

• Notes: orange peel, subtle boozy red wine, rich caramel and toffee into gentle plum, florals and stone fruit.
