Current crop from our favourite Al-Hamdani group. This is the first time we have had access to a Yemen peaberry. It’s subtly different to our usual Yemen and we think you’ll like it. Give it some bag age before you open up!

Yemen continues to be a desert island coffee for us. If we had to choose one origin to drink for the rest of time, Yemen would be it!

• Grading: TC Very high specialty (85+ score)
• Notes: fortified wine, cocoa, citrus, some tea like character
• Body: mid-high
• Acidity: low
• Roast: espresso
• Drink: from day 10 onwards. Will be interesting even at 3-4 weeks.
