Just landed. This is a beautiful and complex Yirgacheffe. With great Ethiopian coffee prices heading north, it’s terrific that we can enjoy them while we can.

- Notes: Dark and inky with molasses and toffee into sweet, dark chocolate.
- Body: moderate – heavy
- Acidity: blackcurrant
- Roast: omniroast
- Drink: from day 7
