Roasted September 02
A very special experimental microlot produced at origin by our friend Tom Bennett. Volcano fermentation allowed the growth of some really interesting yeast and this is the outcome! We don’t have much of this, so grab some while you can!
- Grading: Very high specialty (86 points)
- Notes: Cooked strawberry and bright kiwi and papaya into lingering cocoa and warm spice.
- Body: silky
- Acidity: sticky, red-wine
- Roast: black/filter/espresso
- Drink: from day 7
