The DF64V’s 300W variable speed motor allows you to choose grind speed from 600-1800 RPM to suit your coffee beans and brewing method. The grind speed is adjusted using the rotary knob on the side as indicated by an easy-to-read LED. Even at 1800 RPM, the DF64V is quiet, making it a terrific coffee grinder for the home.
Designed for zero-retention grinding, the streamlined built and bellows system of the DF64V ensures the grinding chamber is clear from residual coffee grounds after each batch. This guarantees you start with fresh coffee beans each time maximising consistency and freshness. Another wonderful update to the DF64V is the addition of the magnetic anti-popcorning device which prevents beans from jumping around the chamber, improving the grind uniformity.
The external grind adjustment ring is now a thing of the past. In this new design, the grind setting indicator is static. To adjust the burr position, you’ll be rotating the chamber itself. Australian versions of the DF64V are fitted with upgraded DLC (Diamond-Like-Carbon) coated 64mm burrs for a lifespan of 3000 KG at a minimum plus a clean grinding process all throughout.
