- Short visit: Pop in to the TC roastery any time you like to browse our range. It’s good to see machines in the metal…10 minutes of our time (if we are available) is complimentary.
- On site or teleconference consultation: These are big purchases and it’s important that you get it right! This option is just like a mini training session. We’ll have a representative example setup switched on and ready for you to sample and use. We make coffee. You make coffee. You get to see whether this is how you’d like to do coffee at and and yes- we will definitely Talk Coffee. You get the benefit of 40 years of experience in this field to provide you with honest information to assist you to select the right gear for you- whether we sell it or not. For these longer, personalised onsite or teleconference consultations of up to an hour, we rebate this charge in full when you spend $2.5k or more on equipment within a calendar month of your consultation. Choose us and all our expertise costs you nothing! Arrange a meeting time.
In home consultation:
- Contact us to arrange a mutually suitable time (NB this will in general need to be an afternoon for us)
- We’ll chat to determine what you think you might want and then bring representative examples of equipment in that class to your home. Please note that this is limited to lighter vibration pump machinery which can be lifted more easily. We regret that in home consultation is not available to apartment complexes nor to Melbourne CBD/Docklands due to limitations in access
- We’ll set up this gear in your home, make you a coffee, let you make one for yourself and then allow you time to chat further on how this feels for you
- Spend $2.5k or more on your espresso equipment within the next 28 days after your consultation and you will receive $200 in store credit to use against your choice of equipment
