Fellow have launched their Espresso Series 1: A new espresso machine set to deliver incredible performance at a previously unseen price point.

The Espresso Series 1 is laden with innovation. Adaptive Pressure Profiling will assist users to dial in the perfect flavour as well and real time feedback will help both beginners and and seasoned home users dial in espresso perfection.

Inside is Fellow’s patented Boosted Boiler system: It’s a multi-point heating a solution designed to deliver barista-level performance in a machine which we estimate will cost around AUD $3000

For milk-based drinks, the Espresso Series 1 features a temperature-sensing steam wand which will assist in the production of  silky microfoam and and then purge itself after use. This wand will also deliver water as desired.

The user interface is intuitive and sleek, with three customisable shortcut buttons, a colour LCD screen and a precision control dial.

Follow simple on-screen prompts to craft an effortlessly delicious drink, or dial in every detail using customisable espresso profiles.

Presset pressure profiles

  • Choose from espresso profiles tailored for different roasts. Just select your profile and the machine will do the rest. 
  • Create and save unique espresso profiles, dial in temperature, pressure and flow from pre-infusion to ramp down.
  • Save your unique espresso profiles for future use and replicate shots from commercial machines.

Milk texture is easy!

  • The temperature sensing steam wand auto-stops at target temperature, auto-purges after use, and can be customized for different milks.

Shot feedback

  • Not sure what grind setting to use? If the machine detects a shot that pulls too quickly or too slowly, it will suggest ways to improe your shots.

Precise temperature makes all the difference between a good shot and a sour one. Fellow have created (and patented) the Boosted Boiler heating system with three independent heating elements that allow for:

    • To-the-degree temperature stability
    • Warm-up time of two minutes or less.
    • Actively heated group for better extraction.
    • Switch from brew to milk texture without the wait.
