Olympia Express Cremina

This machine is a little jewel. We love the Cremina for its superb design, tiny footprint, brilliant espresso and overall terrific performance.

The Cremina is a manual, non spring lever machine and uses a preinfusion piston system. Lifting the lever allows for preinfusion- drawing a small amount of water into the piston chamber and wetting the coffee, allowing it to expand. Lowering the lever forces the hot water through the coffee to deliver the espresso.

• The brew group as well as the steam wand and the steam nozzle are made of brass— chromed and polished to a high gloss.
