The VBM Domobar Super is a premium dual boiler espresso machine, perfect for controlling all aspects of the extraction process while boasting a large steam output. The Domobar Super sports a large 2 litre steam boiler, and a 0.5 litre brew boiler which are both independently PID controlled.
The brew water is pre-heated before entering the insulated brew boiler, allowing for consistency and exceptional freshwater output.
This machine gives the user the ability to manipulate the flavour profile of the coffee, with access to pressure profiling and temperature adjustments through the digital interface. Included in the interface is an automatic On/Off timer setting ensuring the machine is ready to brew at just the right time.
