Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on most products, provided they are in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@talkcoffee.com.au.

Warranty

All machines and grinders carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our in-house service team can handle warranty assessments and repairs for most brands we stock. Consumer guarantee rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

Exclusions

Opened consumables (coffee, cleaning products) and personalised items (gift vouchers) cannot be returned unless faulty.
