It has an excellent grinding speed at approximately 5g/sec with low at 420 rpm.
A proprietary cooling system with double fan keeps coffee safe from overexposure to heat preserving the characteristics of the coffee and there is an an easy system for cleaning of the grinding chamber quickly and without losing your grind setting. Additionally, grind adjustment is made easier thanks to the user-friendly “Memory Track” index.
An adjustable Portafilter Holder allows barista to grind hands-free and consistently centre the drop of ground coffee into the portafilter.
The new built‐in memory board in 19 languages can keep track of coffee statistics, tracks maintenance updates and it is cloud compatible.
