This beautiful, unmarked black Olympia Express Maximatic was used for just 5 days while we had a January break- but we found it was finicky when it came to producing consistently great espresso- so we have decided that to be the best version of itself, it needs preinfusion and to extract espresso at 9Bar rather than the 11+Bar it runs out of the carton.
We’ll modify it for the new owner with a custom preinfusion chamber and an overpressure valve to make for a happier and better machine. Olympia Express are regarded as the Rolex of coffee machines and the incredible build quality will not be compromised by our work.
Unmarked with all OEM packaging and well under 50 shots.
We add a 2 year parts and labour warranty for the original owner and you will also save 10% on future service charges
