Urban Phoenix is a creamy, spicy, lower acid coffee with some fruity pop, sweets and good body to travel well under milk but to also produce a terrific espresso or lungo.
This blend comprises three high quality specialty beans sourced from Colombia and India, all of which are way too good to blend- which is why we do!
- Grading: High specialty- blend
- Notes: fruity, floral, creamy, sweet, spice
- Body: mid
- Acidity: mid- lemonade like
- Roast: Espresso/milk (doppio)
- Drink: from day 7
