A new Yemen. It’s subtly different to our usual Yemen and we think you’ll like it in that it’s more “typical Yemen” for our palates at least. Give it some bag age before you open up to get the best from it.
Yemen continues to be a desert island coffee for us. If we had to choose one origin to drink for the rest of time, Yemen would be it!
- Grading: TC Very high specialty (85+ score)
- Notes: fortified wine, chocolate, plum pudding dried fruit
- Body: mid-high
- Acidity: low
- Roast: espresso
- Drink: from day 10 onwards. Will be interesting even at 3-4 weeks.
