New coffee and cocoa freight arrangements

*Updated September 2024* We're really sad to advise that we have had to reconsider free shipping on your coffee and cocoa orders. ## Why the Change? Australia Post automatically increases their pricing every 6 months and we have reached a point where the postage component on coffee orders can exceed **25% of your purchase price**. Something had to give. The options were: 1. Compromise on green bean quality - absolutely not 2. Increase coffee pricing for all - this would penalise those who visit us to collect their coffee, which we felt would not be fair or equitable ## What We're Doing We have decided instead to **subsidise freight costs.** All orders of coffee/cocoa only will be shipped at a subsidised fixed charge regardless of the size of your order. The bigger your order, the less expensive your per-kilo freight becomes. **Free shipping still applies** when you spend $180 or more on coffee and cocoa orders. ## Our Promise We will not compromise on green bean quality.
