Acaia Orbit

The Acaia Orbit is Acaia's first coffee grinder, engineered from the ground up for single-dose grinding. A proprietary 200W brushless DC motor with an adjustable RPM profile (600–1500 RPM) drives precision-aligned burrs inside a machined aluminium body, with tight manufacturing tolerances verified at the factory by optical imaging software and manual measurements.

Retention is minimal by design: an automatic cleaning purge runs before each grind. Pair the Orbit with an Acaia Lunar scale via the companion app for grind-by-weight dosing, precise to the gram, every time. Stepless adjustment covers the full range from light to dark roast, and the companion app lets you save profiles, swap button actions and tune grind speed to your preference.
