The ACS Vesuvius EVO Leva is a professional-grade lever espresso machine from ACS (Analog Coffee Systems), a Slovenian manufacturer renowned for pushing the boundaries of home espresso. The EVO Leva combines a manual spring lever group with dual boiler technology and a full-colour touch display, giving the barista unparalleled control over every stage of extraction.
The defining feature is the ability to adjust pre-infusion pressure from 1.5 to 5 bars directly from the touch display, something previously the domain of commercial machines. With a pressure gauge mounted on the group, you can monitor extraction pressure in real time and intervene as desired throughout the pull.
Built with a dual 316L stainless steel boiler setup (0.8L brew, 2.3L steam), a silent rotary pump, and frame and panels made entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the Vesuvius EVO Leva is a machine built to last decades.
