Colombia Excelso Gran Galope Washed is Talk Coffee's versatile everyday single-origin from the celebrated Huila region of Colombia, consistently one of the country's highest-quality coffee zones. Excelso-grade (15/16 screen size), sourced from a rotating selection of 10–30 smallholder farmers whose lots are cupped and purchased in Pitalito and Popayán. Varieties: Colombia, Castillo and Caturra, grown at 1,200–2,100 MASL. Washed process, ensuring a clean, bright cup. Tasting notes: dark chocolate, toffee and caramel with a fruity effervescence and crisp acidity that makes this coffee shine as both espresso and filter.
