At the heart of the Mechanika MAX II is the BTC (Brew Temperature Control) system — a genuine step forward for HX machines. Dial in your brew temperature precisely between 90°C and 95°C and hold it confidently, even under heavy steam demand. The cartridge-heated group head adds another layer of thermal stability, bringing the machine brew-ready in just 12 minutes.
