Ethiopia Sidamo Giji Jigesa Natural is a clean, juicy, high-specialty single-origin from Talk Coffee, sourced via our friends at Melbourne Coffee Merchants and from Testi's Premium Cherry Selection (PCS) quality initiative in the Sidamo region.
In the cup, you'll notice intense florals with lavender and purple fruit. It's complex and with a silky mouthfeel.
We roast this one for filter or light espresso. Order online from Northcote Melbourne.
