The stainless steel e-61 mushroom valve assembly for Izzo espresso machines, supplied complete with o-ring. The mushroom is the key component of the e-61 group's pre-infusion and flow control cycle. Replacing a damaged mushroom restores correct infusion pressure and consistent extraction. OEM fitment for Izzo Alex, Alex Duetto, and related e-61 group variants. Not suitable for VBM.
