The Mahlkönig EK 43 is one of the most iconic and widely used grinders in specialty coffee, an exceptionally robust grinder with high grinding capacity suited for different grinding goods and different particle sizes from Turkish fine through to espresso, filter, bag grinding and beyond.

Bags are simply clamped into the bag holder, no need to hold bags during grinding. The cleaning of the spout is simply done with the bag holder. The hoppers can be locked with a slide plate to enable easy exchange between different grinding goods.
