The Olympia Express Cremina SL 20 is the modern evolution of the legendary Cremina, a spring-lever espresso machine crafted in Switzerland since 1967. Where the original Cremina pioneered the form, the SL 20 refines it into a contemporary masterpiece: a newly engineered leva group paired with the solid Cremina chassis, delivering a spring-lever experience unlike anything else available at this scale.

The spring lever mechanism requires no electrical pump, each shot is driven by a traditional compression spring, giving the barista an intimate connection to the extraction process. As the lever travels upward, pressure ramps naturally through its arc, creating an espresso that many enthusiasts consider the purest expression of the craft. Built from stainless steel, chrome and brass to exacting Swiss tolerances, the Cremina SL 20 is as much a functional sculpture as it is an espresso machine.
