The Mina assembles in seconds: Remove the group from the carry case, attach the legs, insert the portafilter and you’re good to go.

We recommend you allow the group to heat with 2 -3 soaks and flushes of boiling water and then once everything is warm, load the portafilter with freshly ground coffee. Once warm, add boiling water, raise the the leva to allow the chamber above the portafilter to fill and then use the leva. You get full control of preinfusion and then pressure by observing the pressure gauge as you pull your shot.
