The Profitec Pro 800 V2 is a spring lever espresso machine built around a substantial lever brew group, 7.8kg of it, paired with a 58mm filter basket so every standard accessory you own works straight away. A 3.5L copper boiler provides exceptional thermal mass, PID control (accessible behind the drip tray) lets you dial in boiler temperature precisely, and near-silent operation on mains supply makes it as liveable as it is capable.
The V2 aesthetic is considered and warm: wooden accessory handles, green gauge accents, a large removable cup warming tray and a 1L drip tray. The internal pump is bypassed on mains connection, meaning near-silent operation. A machine that commands presence and delivers through a classic spring lever mechanism.
