Rocket Espresso released the new Bicocca at HOST Milano 2023.
Having used it extensively, we’re excited by this machine. It competes with the LM Linea Mini and GS3 AV whilst offering far superior performance, tweakability and a more contemporary interface- all at a lower price.
The Bicocca’s bold architecture is a visual cue to the machines internal engineering; designed to exceed the needs of even the most demanding home barista.
Unique to this innovative new machine are the following features:
- Actively heated for fast warmup. The Bicocca will be ready and thermostable within 10 minutes of powering on
- Control of preinfusion and bloom time
- Volumetric controls
- New, innovative interface.
Other features:
Dual stainless steel boilers (1.5L steam and 0.5L brew). Rotary pump with 1.8L water reservoir or direct water connection. Stainless steel or matte black powdercoat finish options.
