The Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato Cronometro range offers two models for home baristas who want Rocket's signature retro aesthetic combined with the precision of digital shot timing and PID temperature control. The Cronometro display is integrated with such design sensitivity that the Mozzafiato retains its beautiful silhouette in full, a feat of engineering restraint.
The Tipo V uses a vibration pump from the internal tank. The Evoluzione R upgrades to a near-silent rotary pump that can be plumbed to mains water or run from the internal tank. Both models are available in Stainless or Black, and share PID temperature control, a stainless steel cup surround and the complete Rocket accessory package.
