Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato Fast

The Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato Fast range is built around a new take on the e-61 group, equipped with a cartridge heater and Rocket's patented TEA+ coating on an insulated copper boiler, the Mozzafiato Fast reaches full brewing readiness in just 10–12 minutes. An OLED display provides live boiler temperature readout, a shot timer and ECO mode control, all within the Giotto's elegant stainless steel or black chassis.
We like that the user interface allows for fine control of the cartridge heaters to allow for full control of the group temperature- effectively emulating a dual boiler machine.

Available for Australia as the Mozzafiato Fast R (plumbable rotary pump, tank or mains). Designed by Valerio Cometti and finished in high-quality stainless steel or black
