BIT upgrade for Breville Bambino 54mm

Upgrade your Breville espresso machine with a precision-engineered tamper and/0r shower screen diffuser plate designed to optimise water flow and improve extraction consistency. Made from 304 food-grade stainless steel, this plate aligns perfectly with the existing shower screen to create a more even dispersion, reducing channelling and enhancing cup quality.

By directing water towards the perimeter and minimising central flow around the screw, it ensures repeatable extractions that highlight balance, body and sweetness in every shot.

BIT Coffee Tamper 53.4mm

The BIT Coffee Tamper is designed to refine extractions on Breville and Sage espresso machines. With tapered side walls and rounded base corners, this tamper presses the entire coffee puck more evenly than classic designs. The result is slower, more controlled flow, reduced channeling, and a clean, balanced cup with greater flavour clarity.

Features:

• Tapered side walls and rounded corners for uniform tamping
• Slower extractions with improved control and balance
• Reduces the likelihood of lateral channeling by guiding water flow to the centre
• Produces richer, more complex espresso with less bitterness and astringency
• Supports slightly coarser grind settings without compromising quality
• Comfortable, ergonomic handle designed for everyday use
• Tailored fit for Breville 54mm group espresso machines
